The purpose of this site is not to answer questions. Rather, it is to point you in directions and to make sure you are asking ALL the questions when it comes to contemplating and planning a year or part of a year out after school.

This is often referred to as a gap year or gap experience. The gap experience is sometimes combined with a period of full or part time employment or maybe a course of some type. GAPRAP helps you with the gap experience.

The Asia Pacific region, compared to the US and the UK, is remarkably short on helpful information for those considering a gap experience. You can totally mess up your gap experience if you don't research things thoroughly. Also, with some activities, pre booking is essential or at least very helpful. You don't want to miss some of these fantastic one off opportunities through inadequate planning.
